Experts estimate that, although the domestic steel industry is entering a recession at the beginning of the year, on the contrary, this industry is having more favorable business conditions than the previous period when public investment is the driving force to increase consumption and benefits from conflicts in Russia and Ukraine.
In the annual audit report of Hoa Sen Group for 2020 – 2021 announced, although the economy was heavily affected by COVID-19, the domestic revenue of Hoa Sen still grew 17%, reaching nearly 20,400 billion. Meanwhile, the bright spot was in the export field, accounting for VND 28,329 billion in revenue, 2.8 times higher than the same period last year and this is also the first year that exports have become a helper for the consumption of Hoa Sen’s output.
